As a Sales Representative at Sutherland Packaging, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for promoting our range of POP display and packaging solutions to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
- Strong understanding of POP displays and packaging solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
